By installing and utilizing the NxtGeneCom Image Optimizer application ("App"), you agree to abide by these Terms of Service.
We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on your verified Shopify store. Processing operations consume monthly plan credits according to your active tier. Monthly allocations reset at the start of each billing period and do not roll over.
The App provides automated image optimization, AI metadata generation, and styling tools. While operations are executed with strict precision, NxtGeneCom shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from automated processing or application downtime.
Pre-optimized original images are stored in secure cloud storage for up to 30 days to support the one-click "Restore Original" feature. It remains the merchant's responsibility to verify processed outputs and request restores within this 30-day window.
These Terms shall be governed by, interpreted, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Maharashtra, India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Navi Mumbai / Mumbai, India.
